“ I only ordered tacos so I will only comment about them. 1. Al pastor - well marinated, flavorful 2. Carne Asada - juicy, perfect balance of salt 3. Suadero - a little too dry, but still was soft and delicious 4. Cabeza - my favorite of all the meats I tried, soft, flavorful, small pieces of fat 5. Tripas - I asked for extra crispy and they were, very clean, crispy Their salsa roja is one of the best I’ve had. A perfect balance of spice and flavor with hints of garlic, excellent roasted tomatoes, well-blended. I know they have handmade tortillas, but I didn’t ask for them with my tacos. I will ask next time. Definitely recommend this place. ”
